| Wed 1/11 | Committee Evaluations due |
| Wed 1/11 – Tues 1/17 | LOI Scores are tallied |
| Tues 1/17 | Tallied LOI scores are emailed to grants panel for review |
| Thurs 1/19 | Grants panel meets by phone to discuss “maybe’s” and to debrief LOI review process. |
| Fri 1/20 | Invite applicants for full proposals |
| Mon 2/20 | Full proposals due by 5pm Eastern time. |
| Wed 2/1 – Wed 2/22 |

| Thurs 2/23 | Email or mail completed proposals to grants committee for review |
| Fri 3/9 | Proposal reviews and interview questions due |
| Mon 3/12 – Fri 3/16 | Phone interviews with finalists |
| Sat 3/17 | Grants committee phone call – Final cut and recommendations for funding (2 hours?)
